- EU citizenship
- German language skills OR English language skills at least A2 level desired - required in some areas (management positions etc.).
- completed training as a chef or comparable qualifications
- relevant work experience
- careful handling of food
- knowledge of all food hygiene and safety regulations
- safe and efficient operation of common kitchen equipment
- good organizational skills for budget planning and shopping
