Process Owner - Order to Cash

In this position you will be responsible for the global Order to Cash process (O2C) at B&R. You will coordinate stakeholders in all our B&R country organisations and be the communication interface to ABB. Sounds exactly like your dream job? Your responsibilities

Development of the O2C process within the framework of the company-wide business process guidelines.- Permanent process controlling & reporting and compliance check of customer orders with O2C standards and guidelines
- Derivation of control measures in case of deviations (e.g. training)
- Communication interface with quality management for all O2C-related topics and support in global internal audits
- Participation in process documentation of O2C process documentation in the ABB GRCM tool
- Conception and implementation of process trainings
Your background
- Relevant qualification in process management and/or 3-5 years of professional experience in O2C, ideally in an international environment
- Profound knowledge of MS Office and SAP module SD/LE
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to think and act analytically
- Solution- and process-oriented approach and cross-divisional thinking
- Fluent in German and English
