Job Description
ORGANIZATION

In this role you’ll lead excellent organization of training events to make sure that all our trainees have the best possible learning & development experience. This includes responsibility for all logistics, supporting our Red Bull markets on organizing local training events and stakeholder management along this journey from signing up to a training to attendance to any post work required.COORDINATION
You’ll coordinate schedules between HQ, markets, participants, and (external) trainers. Additionally, you’ll plan the annual global training schedule. You’ll manage day-to-day details and program logistics.
STAKEHOLDER AND VENDOR MANAGEMENT
You’ll be the first point of contact for training participants, trainers, managers and process the requests into the right channels. Moreover, you’ll manage our training agencies, which includes tasks like manage schedules, invoices, travel organization & administrative support.
COMMUNICATION
You’ll support the global program communication on the intranet as well as on our Learning Management System. You’ll create and maintain training reports and statistics; this includes having an overview of the global attendees and training events and identifying needs for training events in markets. You’ll organize regular catch-ups between the team and important stakeholders.
Qualifications
Completed studies in a relevant field or completed commercial training
Fluent In English, German is a plus
Organizational skills and a high level of commitment to handle tasks reliably and flexibly
Communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain a global network
Passion for organization, coordination, communication
Structured and service-oriented ways of working
Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders on all hierarchy levels
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Power Point & Excel
Skills in e-learning software (e.g. Articulate) is a plus
Interest in Learning and Development topics
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1,945.00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
