We are looking for an experienced colleague to join the Internal Audit function within the organization. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in continuous improvement and strengthening of our company. Your role at RCM

• You perform audits of various areas of RCM, as well as its Austrian and international subsidiaries
• You analyze workflows, conduct interviews, perform data analysis and sample checks to reveal risks and inefficiencies
• You produce concise and structured audit reports
• You keep yourself informed about new regulatory requirements related to the areas of RCM activities
• You continuously monitor and use new market standards and best practices at work

Your core competencies

• You gained university degree (or relevant business studies) in Economics or Mathematic/Statistics
• You have several years of relevant professional experience, sound knowledge of asset management business, including related legal framework
• You have a strong knowledge of internal audit standards and best practices
• You have know-how of risk management methodologies and processes including relevant European regulations (e.g. CRR)
• You have very good (oral and written) communication skills in German and English
