- Explore medical imaging data from different modalities (CT, MRI)
- Design, implement, and validate deep learning or heuristic approaches for medical image analysis
- Contribute to the development of a research software prototype for computer-assisted planning
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a Master's degree student in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, or a related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or C++ is essential
- Prior familiarity with medical image analysis or knowledge in any of the following technologies would be considered a significant asset: 3DSlicer, ITK, VTK, OpenCV, TensorFlow, Keras
- Scientific curiosity, critical thinking skills, and good communication skills in both written and spoken English are required
